The Examination Details tab contains links to details about the examination procedure which the LDF document has undergone at each stage. This may include information about the planning inspectorate and any attendees at the examination.

Note: This tab is only displayed if the selected document is within the examination phase.

Viewing the examination procedure details

To view details about the examination procedure for the LDF document:

1. On the Examination Details tab, click the Click to view arrow button next to the examination type that you want to view details for. The following details about the examination procedure are displayed in the Examination Procedure Details window:

   Procedure Ref	The unique reference allocated to the procedure.
   Procedure Type	The type of examination this procedure record relates to.
   Venue	Where the examination took place.
   Start Date	The date on which the examination procedure started, in dd/mm/yyyy format.
   End Date	The date on which the examination procedure ended, in dd/mm/yyyy format.

2. If there were any attendees for this procedure, click the arrow button next to the attendee text. The attendee details are displayed. Click the Back button to return to the procedure details.
3. If details of the planning inspector exist, these are displayed in the Planning Inspector Contacts section.
4. If any outcomes have been reached, these are displayed in the Examination Procedure Outcomes section.
5. Click Close Window to return to the Examination Details tab.
